Cosy Austrian rooms for a favourable price.

In our guest house we have single bedrooms, double bedrooms, three-bedded rooms and four-bedded rooms, simple but nicely decorated. You will find a tv in all the rooms. Every room has a small but private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Our Wi-Fi is in our whole house free to use. Smoking is in the rooms as well as in the whole house not allowed. Breakfast at Pension zu Hause Always with homemade marmelade	Breakfast and Dinner, always fresh and with care prepared Every morning you will find a nice and fresh breakfast ready on the breakfast buffet. It is also possible to join our 3-meal-course in the evening that Jeroen prepares with lots of passion max. 6 out of 7 days a week. If needed, we can also take into account allergies, please mention it when you send us your request.

*Rates are per person per night, including VAT, exclusive tourist tax à €1,60

** Half board: please make the reservation at least 2 days in advance

In the weeks from Christmas and Sylvester
and between 18.02.2023 and 05.03.2023
it is only possible to stay from Saturday
to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.

Breakfast:    Summer 8.00 – 09.30 A.M.
                        Winter 07.30 - 09.30 A.M.

Dinner starts at 19.00 P.M.

If your stay only for 1 or 2 nights, we charge a surcharge per person per night.  Booking a short stay is possible from 3 Weeks prior to your date of arrival, we ask for your understanding.

Pets are only welcome in exceptional circumstances (we charge a proper surcharge per night for your pet).

For kids we count the following discount:

0 - 3 years: one-time fee of €12,50 (Upon request we can provide in some rooms a baby cot)
3 – 6 years: 50 % discount
6 – 12 years: 30 % discount
12 – 15 years: 20 % discount
